Electricity Consumption Meter

Hi. Has anyone had a Consumption Meter fitted by Iberdrola? They offer them on their website for a cost of €119, but I think that is just for the meter, to install it you then need to use a qualified electrician or, presumably, Iberdrola themselves.

I thought it might be useful to have if we rent our apartment out in the summer so that we can charge clients who run up abnormally large electric bills by leaving the aircon on all day when they are out of the house.
