Any positive suggestions would be appreciated

As posted before, this means you are using more power than you are contracted for. Previously, those with a (say) a 3.3Kw potencia contract could use over that amount depending on the ICP or trip fuse needed. Now, exceeding the amount of contracted potencia will cause the smart meter to trip out. It resets itself after a short while.
If you are contracted for 5.75Kw then this should be more than ample to keep a modern house going and shouldn't happen. Have a look at your bill and it will tell the potencia you have. If it is 5.75 then you may need to contact Iberdrola.
If it is 3.3 then that may not be enough for a house with lots of appliances, especially if you have a pool and use the kettle or toaster a lot and will need a new contract.
