Iberdrola Product Change - Help!!!

Iberdrola Product Change - Help!!!

Postby dottyp53 » Mon Sep 25, 2017 6:26 pm

Hi!

I'm just in the process of changing my Iberdrola product.

I've got through the phone number nightmare, and have now got to a point where they're wanting to know my "voltage change" (cambio de tension). The "help" screen says:

"Por favor, actualiza la tension del punto de suministro segun la siguente tabla de correspondencia:"
Which I believe means something along the lines of "Please update the supply point voltage according to the following table:"

The table is as follows:
VALOR TENSION ANTIGUO VALOR TENSION NUEVA
(Old value) (New Value)

1X1271X133
1X2201X230
2X2202X230
3X2203X230
3X220/1273X230/133
3X3803X400
3X380/2203X400/230

Unfortunately, I have no idea what that table means!

All I want to do is change the tariff!

Any ideas?!!!

The first number will be the number of phases and the second the voltage.
If you have a standard domestic installation you’ll want 1/230.

If you know you have a twin or three phase supply then you’ll need more info to make the right choice, but it’s unlikely that this will be the case.

Pete.

Brilliant - thanks Pete. It's just a standard domestic installation.

Everything just has to be so complicated...!!!

...Spoke too soon!

All the way VERY NEARLY to the end, using 3 different browsers, only to be met with "Se produjo un error en la aplicacion" each time...and no pointer to any issue!

Ah well...!

Hi, if you have transport, I'd suggest going to Iberdrola's office in Guardamar - we did this last week to change our contract and it took 10 minutes (we were on the doorstep when they opened after lunch at 4pm). We dealt with a very helpful lady, who speak good English - the address is: Carrer Era de Madaleneta, 9, 03140 Guardamar del Segura.

"who SPOKE good English" :text-lol:
