I would like to know this also. Although I want to be able to track my usage, it is also very useful if we can reset the meter using the app. Our meters are in a large cupboard which houses all the meters for the block and only the President, Vice President and Iberdrola have a key. If it trips and we need to reset the meter we have to go and see one of them to open the cupboard for us which, as you can imagine, can be a real pain in the proverbial.

I track my usage daily on the Iberdrola client website.

When I log in each day, the reading is updated on the bottom left part of the screen.

I've been doing it for a few months and recording each day's reading on a spreadsheet, so I can check average cost etc.
