The Zoco Market

The Zoco market is very close to Quesada, not far from the Arches, next to the roundabout on the motorway by the Masa cement factory - It's easy to find as there will be lots of cars going there and you will join the queue for the market car park very close to the big roundabout and will see the market car park in the distance. The market is on a Sunday and open from 8:30 to 14:00.

Where is The Zoco market?

Please let us know if this map is incorrect:

Great I do know the market and will be there on Sunday to get SIM card. Thanks again for the advice and help. This a great way to find your way around and get local support and help from the folks of Quesada.

Rather a long way to walk from the airport road and even worse if you actually buy something and have to lug it back unless you are intrepid hikers. Hire bikes maybe? Either that or taxi but you'd have to book it to come back as there is no taxi rank at the market.
There are dozens of stalls with everything from toys to 3 piece suites and everything in between. Fruit and veg, cold meat and cheeses, household goods, patio furniture, DIY stalls, perfume and so on and on and on. From tea towels to beds, from batteries to awnings and complete kitchen fittings. Even a barbers and ladies hairdressers not to mention loads of cafes.
Well worth visiting but definitely a drive to get there (crossing the busy dual carriageway would be a bit iffy as well).

As marcliff says it's a long way without transport for you.
I suggest the best bet is the Rojales market on a Thursday. If you can walk to Gama supermarket near Coopers bar you can get the free bus that goes from there. 9am, 9.30 am, and 10.30 am -Outside the Sunset Bar & Hairdressers. There's a timetable on this link below but you can get a paper copy in the Quesada Municiple centre to confirm the up to date times.

It goes all year round except Spanish local and national holidays.

There's a one number system for all the Rojales Taxis. You could ask the price before you decide to book.
One number for all taxis is
966 196 999
