Guardamar del Segura (about 10 minutes by car from Quesada). Guardamar market is in Calle San Pedro and Calle Vincent Ramos, 2 or 3 streets either side of the church and very near the main bus station.

Every Wednesday

Typical Spanish food market with many other stalls and products.

I assume you mean the 'hippy' market which is open daytime too and takes place every day through the season - now using special wooden huts which are put in place specially around beginning of June and removed around end of September if I remember.
However, being Easter, there may be a few stalls set up on the site this week.
And the site is the road down to the sea from the tourist office between the parks, the Ctra de la Playa.

We had a lovely evening there, meal on the seafront and a browse around the stalls. Found a cafe right on the town square adjacent to the church and watched the procession whilst sipping a glass of vino.

Thanks.
