Hi All,
A great forum.
We are moving to Quesada on Sunday 10th May and will be looking to have internet and phones installed. We are thinking of taking a leisurely walk to the Skynetlink office in Rojales to inquire about this.
Please could someone enlighten us as to whether there is anyone in this shop/office who speaks good English as my Spanish is poor a the moment and we don't want a wasted journey.

Thanks All and Best Regards
Martin and Liz (Lo Marabu, Dona Pepa)

Hi,

You could to contact them by email to ask (See below link). I have had email contact from them in perfect English but you could ask if someone in the office speaks English before you go there.

Hope this helps,

Hi Martin & Liz,

Yes the office staff in Rojales speak excellent Engilsh, the engineers less so. We have used them since buying our place in Quesada two years ago. Great packages and service second to none. We would highly recommend them. Good luck with it.

Best regards,

Allan & Ali

Pauline,
Providing you have a switch on/switch off contract, just call the office in Rojales and they will do it straight away.

I live in Quesada and have a contract with skynetlink for broadband at 15Mbps download speed. For the last 3 weeks, every evening the speed reduces significantly (right now it is 4.89Mbps) and I am unable to run IPTV properly. As yet I have no answer from skynetlink as to what the problem is, or how they intend to fix it! I think the service in Benimar is better as there is fibre optic coverage there, but in Quesada not so good (for me anyway!). Anyone else with a similar problem.

We went down one day to check on their services... one day after signing they came to connect us...

Although their flyers say we would get 100 Megs we actually get about 40 to 45 on a wi-fi laptop.. which is fine, because before we were getting about 3megs... and the cost is about 20€ per month cheaper..

so far they seem good..

:D
