Hi, I have used RESOLVER three times now with 100% success as my claims were genuine owing to long flight delays and cancellation. The website is https://www.resolver.co.uk
It is very easy to use and there is no catch or commission to pay. You just give them the flight details and they inform the airline company. RESOLVER is I believe actually financed by the airline companies ,as the format they present to them is clear and concise and easier for the airline to pay the compensation demanded by EU law. Give it a try. Good luck.

I did it myself with Easy Jet. Got in touch with them, explained what had happened, flight no, etc etc and they did a check. Got 700 GBP in bank in a matter of a couple of weeks
