Could I just ask - what ARE the "tapas trails"?! Are the bars and restaurants "known", or do they have posters in the windows? Is it a range of tapas on offer, or do the places just offer one particular type of tapa for the €2?
We recently purchased property in El Raso and we're over in the last week of October, so this looks like something interesting to do!!!
Cheers!
The Tapas Trail is a bit like a town hall sponcored pub crawl!
The bars participating usually have a sign outside you get a leaflet from a participating bar/restaurant or the town hall sometimes have them. On the leaflet it tells you the name of all participating with what tapas is being offered (some have several tapa on offer) also a map of the area and location of each place, the price is the same at all participating, a tapa and drink is include in the price wine/beer water etc. On the form you can nominate your favourite and possibly win a prize it is great fun going round especially if you go with a few friends you must try it.
A lot of places have a free train that goes round the rout picking up and dropping off at the various bars participating it's a great way to try places you have not been before just be prepared to enjoy.
If you like a drink and want to try somthing different do not miss it.
