TELFY - MESSENGER SERVICES

I have just changed to Telfy for Internet and Landline, and wondered if anyone knows how to retrieve messages from my landline. I called Telfy and they advised me to dial *97 which I did, but the instructions are only available in Spanish and they are too fast for me to understand. Would be grateful if anyone knows how to retrieve messages, could they please let me know.

Same happened to us and I emailed them. Had a prompt reply which said dial *31 for message service and dial *32 to cancel the service. I am none the wiser!

I went into Telfy shop in Rojales to ask.
You dial *31 to activate this service, and *32 to deactivate. If you are left a message you get a little envelope on your display screen or you can tell you have a message if your dial tone has changed. You dial *97 to access your message service and then 1 to listen to new messages. Will update this after I have played around with it to let you know what you press to delete, listen again or save the message.
