Hi All,
I have just seen this topic and I wanted to say that I have been with Europa Network for over 1 year now and they have allways been fantastic! I find them helpful and friendly at all times.

Hi Sienna24,
I was thinking of changing from Europa to a different provider. I had a reason to ring them a couple of weeks ago and found the lady I spoke was NOT VERY HELPFUL. However, I have looked a different providers, took advice from Forum members and after seeing your message and it was probably MY ATTITUDE to her that caused the problem so I've decided to stay with them. It's better thr devil you know even though you can get it cheaper it may not be as good.

We've been with Skynetlink for 5 years with just about as good a service as you can get. I find the Catral office to be the best for inquires. There have been one or two problems but quickly resolved. Not worried about the phones but do use the TV through IPTV: which I would guess in my area a 90+ uptime. (we use Thor at La finca) For the mrs and I the good news is that company called something like Fibre optic are fitting optic and (fingers crossed) appear to be doing so at a reasonable speed. They now have Algorfa, La finca up and running. Montimar is ongoing and we have been promised Montebello by the winter

We've been with Skynetlink, now called Telfy?? Since we've been in Spain, apart from a few problems, which were solved on the day or the day after, they have been very good. We have a mobile network package with them and 10mbs of download for a monthly fee. You have to pay extra for any thing over the mobile package allowances. Some areas have "fibre optic" so you will have to check where you live.
