Hi all
There is a guy sat in the Lid car park saying he is P&D and can't find work
Can anyone tell me if he is genuine and had any experience of him? My partner would like to give him some work

He is always there so i think he might be making an excuse for not working.Cant say for sure if thats genuine though.Dont leave him near any valuables if i were you!

I would just give him a few Euros if I were you. Too many Folk have let men into their Homes on a pretext and been fleeced or robbed later when out.
You don't know if he has an Accomplice somewhere either. It's just not worth taking a chance.

I agree with Janjan and lowers . I have made a point with all tradesmen ( they were all men , before any progressives get offended ) that have worked at my property - you will get paid when I'm happy / satisfied with the job - as a rule it sorts the wheat from the chaff .

Good painters and decorators do not have to hang out in supermarket car parks.
Avoid him like the plague.
