Cost of buying new car against pre-owned

Hi All,
I will be arriving in the area soon to start the search for our new home. Like most I have been surprised at the cost of secondhand cars and have been considering is it more cost effective to buy a new car, nothing to fancy something like a basic model Fiat Tipo, Dachia Sandero or Renault Clio. What I'm having difficulty with is understanding the dealers websites, can anyone enlighten me on the cost of any of the above.

Thanks

Jim

I found the renault/dacia website fairly straightforward to use . . If you use chrome as your browser it can translate most of it on the fly. Just select the variants on each page of the configuration and it totals it up as you go along . . Just be aware that unlike the UK it's not an on the road price so there's a €300-400 extra for registration etc.
A Sandero stepway comes in around €10.5k- €11.5k depending on spec, the non stepway version is about 1k less

If you are in the area, try to visit the Renault/Dacia
Dealership in Elche - sometimes theyv have good offers on second hand/new cars.
