Is there any one in the Quesada area that is a rep for Avon as my wife has been a customer for years in the UK and wondered if she could get there products here rather than through the internet?

Call into Redz cafe in Quesada and speak to the lady there think she is called Jasmine. She has Avon books and will take your order
