Hi - can anyone tell me where I can buy buttermilk in Quesada - Gama used to sell it but not at the moment. Cheers.

You can make your own. Just under a cup of milk and a tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar. I use this all the time to make my scones and wheaten bread.

The Dutch supermarket in Benimar sell it.
