Where can I get some cardboard packing boxes for a house move?

Chinese shops, Leroy Merlin and Brico Depot all sell cardboard removal boxes. If you (and the removal company) don't mind the boxes being all different sizes and shapes then just ask your local Chinese shop to save some of boxes that their goods come in for you.

Personally, I prefer plastic boxes as they are stronger, you can see what's in them and you can use them for storage in the longer term. Ikea sell some very nice plastic boxes that are actually cheaper than most Chinese shops.

Keep a look our around the bins, got ours that way, all good clean ones, outside the chinos is allways a good place and free.
