Cepsa gas bottles

Can anyone tell me the nearest place to the arches where I can exchange an empty Cepsa gas bottle for a full one? I know the Cepsa garage on Lemon Tree Road does them but is there anywhere nearer to the arches or Los Montesinos?

What about the petrol station behind Consum in Dona Pepa? They have gas bottles there.

Google street view shows that they have a cage of CEPSA gas bottles just in front of the car wash, so I think the answer is yes.
The Jumerca supermarket on Calle Azul also sells them.
