Where to buy headboards

Where to buy headboards

Postby Ian2009 » Tue Apr 25, 2017 7:57 am

Hi - looking to buy 2 new double bed size - chenille headboards.

Been to "bedland" and to be fair - he seemed a nice guy and the products looked good - so I think we will buy them from there - 2 at €140 each - but I usually like to check one or two places before buying - so any recommendations - not designer shops - would be appreciated :)

TIA

We looked around for headboards and ended-up buying at the bedland/sofaland place.
We tried numerous small bed & furniture shops with little joy. Places that we're "possibles" for us were:
Conforama in Zenia Boulevard
SC Furniture & Bedding
A furniture shop across from the Habaneras centre - next to Yorkshire Linen.

Pete.

Thanks Pete - will try the one near Yorkshire linen as would like to go in there as well- as we have not been there yet :)

We went to IKEA but saw nothing we liked and like you I think bedland looks the best bet but would like to just see another option - and you have given me enough - thank you :)

We have found Hnos Garcia, 3 huge stores in Torrevieja, to be very reasonable price-wise for all types of furniture . . . on several occasions they have had identical furniture to local Quesada stores at 20%+ cheaper . . . .

Babu - thank you - have driven past the Torrevieja store (and thought it looked very posh) - but will have a look next time we are passing as you and many others consistently speak highly of them - thank you

You cannot miss Hnos Garcia, Gladys. Just drive down the main road to Torrevieja. Just before you get to McDonalds and the Carrefour roundabout, you will see the large building and Hnos sign on the left hand side of the road. Go around the Carrefour roundabout and take the slip road just past McDonalds and it leads right to the front of this excellent shop. Happy buying!

Just to complete above Gladys, Bedland/Sofaland is in Dona Pepa, Near Consum/Old Lidl, off the roundabout before you get to Quesada Arches. Big warehouse, cant miss it from main road.
