You should read another newspaper, then. Some are saying that there will be no change and, as pointed out on a previous post, the bill on reciprocal healthcare is going through Parliament at this very moment. It was passed by the House of Lords just yesterday and is now going to committee for tweaking before being brought into law.
So much false information in the press (especially UK) that it is difficult to know what will happen so, if I were you, I'd just ignore it until we know better.
However, some things are bound to change once we've left because we can't expect everything to carry on as if we were still EU members.

Don´t get upset yet.. no one really knows what will happen. There have been a lot of positive rumbles from both Spain and the UK although nothing has been decided yet..
Only time will tell.. in the meantime nothing has been decided--

You 'read it in a newspaper' Must be true then
You should ask the newspaper to let both governments know, as they don't even know yet

So much in the UK press about how bad it would be in the event of a no deal Brexit. It’s all designed to force us to accept that a deal is better no deal.
Of course, the deal we already have is, the best deal.

I’m sure there will be an agreement. The UK Gvt has already admitted that it’s cheaper for them to pay Spain for our treatment than it is to have people flying back to the UK and dumping themselves on the NHS.

Why, oh why, do people rely on newspapers for this information?? You'd have to read at least half a dozen newspapers to get even remotely close to an accurate understanding of the current status and potential for a deal versus no deal. Get it from the horses mouth instead:
UK nationals living in the EU: essential information:

Important EU Exit information for UK nationals if there’s no deal:

Things are changing all the time, as negotiations progress, so best to sign up on the www.Gov.UK website for updates as they become available.
