As you have no idea what the deal is , you're not in a position to say whether it's good or not.

Well linkwater, had we voted to stay could you predict what was going to happen to the EU next, there is uncertainty both ways but at least with leave we get to say what we want

Florimondo you might have got your wish to leave but you have no say on the details we get it could end up being a disaster.

No I couldn't predict what will happen in the EU. Then again, I'm not the one saying how wonderful it's going to be.

I can predict that Turkey joining the EU within weeks of the vote didn't happen and not likely to in the foreseeable future.

I also predict that the UK run by any influence from UKIP (whoever will be in charge then) will drag the country down to a lapdog of the USA.

Thank you Linkwater...can I quote you that Turkey will have no influence on the EU in the foreseeable future.
I dont know how good your memory is but if you hark back to us crossing swords before the referendum...I said there were plans for an EU army,,,,you and your associates implied that I needed "A check up from the neck up"...seems you were all wrong on that one.I regret to say you just have no idea what the EU is up to, they are a law unto themselves. We both have different ideas and opinions. You are welcome to yours as I am welcome to mine. The fact of the matter is the MAJORITY voted leave, which is what we are doing

Unlikely to forget our little spat. I'm sorry but don't remember getting involved in discussions about a EU army. I think there is talk of a union on things like procurement and perhaps we can get a discount on renting the FRENCH aircraft carrier.

Personally, I think it would be preferable to belong to armed forces linked to European interests rather than being the deputy dog of Sheriff Trump. A check up from the neck up doesn't really sound like something I'd say but I'm sure you can point me to where the first EU Army Base will be.

The EU is a law to OURSELVES. It's just a shame Farage and his merry men didn't attend more EU meetings rather than having them in a tap room.

It may surprise you but I accept the vote. I just don't want policy for the split to be run by failed politicians and amateurs.

Brexit means Brexit is a nice tag line but actually has no defined meaning other than something to say when you have no original idea what else to say.

Can wait for the next referendum on EU membership. Then, maybe, well correct the travesty of last June.
