I guess that it must be so much easier to throw insults, than to offer a coherent, reasoned and credible argument for leaving the EU?

You must have realised by now glassman that brexiteers haven’t got a reasoned or credible argument for leaving.

,I,ll have you know I voted remain,as I,m in Spain MY ALLOTED 180 days ,leave or remain doesn't worry me now,as I will abide by the rules whatever if any deal is dealt, but we will have to wait and see,as nothing is decided yet!or I,ll play my ace card and apply for dual nationality, and obtain an EU passport,

Think you misunderstood glassman. I was agreeing with you. I had always assumed that you had voted remain.

You cannot get dual nationality in Spain. You have to give up your UK citizenship to become a Spanish citizen.
You also have to reside in Spain for a minimum of 10 years (as a full resident), pass a test in Spanish on Spanish history, constitution and the Spanish way of life. You also have to show a commitment to Spain by demonstrating community work or similar.

I don't think many would be able to go down that route.
If Glassman is in Spain 180 days a year then there is no way he has an ace card as you cannot be absent for more than 6 months every 2 years or a maximum of 2 years in the 10 years and, by the way, there is no such thing as an EU passport. You can get a Spanish passport but I don't think you would qualify.

Sorry I worded it wrong ,a passport from a now E.U country,Also never mentioned Spanish DUAL nationality,my father and grand father was born in a now E.U country although I am a born uk citizen , by birth,my father was invited to work in the uk after ww2 , I can apply and receive a passport of my fathers country of birth ,that is my right, and my childrens right, therefore holding two passports one uk and one passport from a now EU COUNTRY could entitle me to the benefits of that E.U country within the E.U.if I choose, No one knows each persons circumstances ,not even you marcliff although I agree you are a wealth of genuine information, but I assure you I am entitled ,by law .many people hold several passports,
Marcliff , could you tell me why,for example...……..
Theres many Chinese/Russians running businesses in spain which are non e.u counties ,Marcliff do you know what special dispensations they have to stay in spain beyond there allotted time ,as I am curious as the Chinese lady in the local store has been there years and cant speak Spanish yet or she chooses not to?As ithought you had to be a resident to operate a business legaly in spain, just pointing out some peoples circumstances differ from the norm,

Why would your Chinese lady not be a resident?
You are confusing residency with citizenship.
Non EU citizen can become resident in Spain, it's just that the rules are different, like applying for a visa before entering Spain, showing a larger income than for an EU citizen for example, or investing a certain amount of money into the country in the form of a business or property purchase.
None of them confer citizenship but do qualify for residency.

And well done on the dual nationality with another EU country.
