The problem as I see it is that the remainers want to keep delaying and delaying ,rather than support the referendum, its alright for them to say Boris is being unconstitutional whilst still trying to block our exit from Europe...and therefore the 'will of the people'
We have a prime minister who has used the constitution to prorogate parliament which will help him focus on the job in hand.
Corbyn has come out and now is supporting another referendum, (why did he not smdo this from day one?)and is trying to prevent the government from delivering on his promise.
And the EU? Knowing Boris is all set to deliver a No Brexit are being intimidated into confronting and then re visiting the deal he is coming up with.
For 2 years we have procrastinated and now we have a man that is threatening the EU with his tactics.
That can only he a good thing and we now know the brinkmanship is almost over..and that Brexit will happen and I for one would like to see our elected MPs deliver the mandate or step down and let others take their place ..

Again totally missing the point, does not matter if you are a remainer or breixter, we rely on the Parliment to deliver the people's will, but not by suspending Parliment when it suits them. The UK Parliment was a beacon of Democracy but I fear no longer. The whole point of the post is Democracy how ever you vote. And Johnson has shown he is not democratic just like Cromwell.

I disagree. In my view, it doesn't matter if you are a brexiteer or a remainer, but the lying, cheating, scheming remain MP's are the undemocratic ones, not Boris Johnson.
He has not done anything that is not within the constitutional rule book. It is traditional for a new PM to suspend Parliament to have a Queens Speech to put forward their new agenda and it is traditional to hold it in the autumn. Therefore, even if the timing is suspect, I fail to see how that is undemocratic.
Both Labour and the Tories stood in 2017 on a manifesto to bring about Brexit as democratically voted for by the people. Those remain MP's held onto their seats on that basis, they have just about killed British democracy dead by now reneging on that and carrying forward their own agenda in that they think they know better and stuff the people.
I hope we have a general election soon and their constituents boot them out as they deserve.

The choice wasn't deal or no deal, it was leave or remain. Not difficult to understand the meaning of the words, people knew exactly what they were voting for.

Again, I did not bring Brexit up , but Democracy, and you are wrong it is not normal to suspend Parliment.
The point of Parliment is to challenge the government on behalf of all voters not just those who agree with the result (any). Otherwise just have a one party state ...

"Proroguing Parliament undermines parliamentary democracy and risks a general election. I rule it out and call on all candidates to do the same"
