We were paying members of a club but, we didn’t like being members of that club because we didn’t like some of the rules and they didn’t agree to do what we wanted them to do.

So, we chose to leave the club and stop our subscriptions but, there are facilities within that club we’d like to continue to use.

But, arrogant old Britain demands that they amend their rules to accommodate us, even though we’re leaving.

It’s their club for Christ’s sake. But the Leave Politicians and the Tory media have brainwashed the British Public into believing that we’re right and they are intransigent and ungrateful Frogs and Gerry’s that we liberated twice in the last century. It’s a campaign that’s been waged in the UK for three decades or more and supported by simpletons that swallowed the ‘straight banana’, the ‘Turks are coming’, we pay the ‘Polish higher pensions’, etc. etc. etc.

I don´t see how anyone can blame the EU

Boris said The Buck Stops With Me just a couple of weeks ago..he knew how things were, he knew the position of the EU...

So we all know where the buck stops..

It tickles me that people whinge about the Remain campaigners and politicians and label them as undemocratic. None of them has pulled a stunt so divisive as Johnson’s . No, what Remain has attempted always followed the rules of the House.

Simple question. No bitching, sniping, or arguing required.

What was the question on the referendum voting slip?

Was it as below?

This morning on the radio, a Labour MP stated that the public voted to leave WITH A DEAL.

I do not believe this is true, unless the image is not correct.

They don't need to, Rees Mog's company has made millions from the Brexit scenario as seen on a TV documentary a few weeks ago, so why should they care what happens to the rest of the country? I'm alright Jack.

The whole point of the post is Democracy how ever you vote. And Johnson has shown he is not democratic just like Cromwell.

I disagree. In my view, it doesn't matter if you are a brexiteer or a remainer, but the lying, cheating, scheming remain MP's are the undemocratic ones, not Boris Johnson.

He has not done anything that is not within the constitutional rule book. It is traditional for a new PM to suspend Parliament to have a Queens Speech to put forward their new agenda and it is traditional to hold it in the autumn. Therefore, even if the timing is suspect, I fail to see how that is undemocratic.

Both Labour and the Tories stood in 2017 on a manifesto to bring about Brexit as democratically voted for by the people. Those remain MP's held onto their seats on that basis, they have just about killed British democracy dead by now reneging on that and carrying forward their own agenda in that they think they know better and stuff the people.

I hope we have a general election soon and their constituents boot them out as they deserve.

So Boris didn't lie then about the £350,000,000 Then? which must have made many vote for Brexit.

Can’t deny what the ballot paper asked but what you have conveniently forgotten, is the dialogue which surrounded the campaign, with contained stories of, it’ll be a cinch to seal a deal, they’ll be falling over themselves to make a deal, etc. That is what, the people who voted out, based their opinion on.

I can understand that many wealthy people will make a killing out of Brecit and that’s their drive. However not everyone is wealthy and I regard those that are not, but still persist in arguing for Brexit, are anarchists.

Also, it must be recognised that many Leavers have changed their minds, especially since the warnings, “project fear”, have become Project fact.

I still cannot recall membership of the EU being a major issue for the country prior to the Torys becoming terrified by UKIP going some votes off them??
This is all just about a few of the Torys wanting to impose their will upon the people on the pretence that it was actually the people that wanted it in the first place.
As soon as the democratically elected members of Parliament (the people's representatives), decided that having voted to leave the people deserved to leave on the best terms possible, those few Torys decided to stitch up their leader and replace her with one of their own.
Now that Parliament (the people's representatives) challenged that new 'leader' those few Torys are fearful that THEIR will won't prevail and so they remove the people's representatives.
It's TRADITIONAL and about new domestic policies?
Give it a rest
