Why are you talking about no democracy in the U.K. when 17.4 million people voted to come out of the E.U. And what happened!

Nothing really to do with Brexit!! To do with a non elected Prime minister suspending Parliment, just like Cromwell..No democracy.

It should be allowed to run and run, after all we still live in a democracy (I think) and this is still a discussion site. Besides, I love to read the deluded ramblings of brexiteers.

Without getting melodramatic about it, if you've ever read about it much, it's very easy to start seeing comparisons with the rise of Facism in Germany in the 1920's/1930's and what's happening in the UK and other countries now. Once you come up with a trick to start by-passing parliament, because the majority of MP's might not agree with you, what's to stop you doing it a second time, with something else? And then again, a third time, and so on? The Nazis passed The Enabling Act of 1932 to allow them to bypass the Reichstag. That was cloaked as "the will of the people" as well. Those that fail to learn the lessons of history and all that.

You are not being melodramatic about it. It is an outrage and the reference you make to the 1930's 'Enabling Act' is frighteningly valid. Many serious commentators have raised this and constitutional experts are appalled. The Financial Times Editorial calls it an 'act of constitutional vandalism' and makes a parallel-see this extract:
