Thanks Bee,

A very interesting article which could save us many thousands if we were to buy in Spain before selling our house in Ireland. It would be devastating to receive a huge tax bill simply caused by the wrong timing when selling your primary home. It will definitely be worth talking to a solicitor in Spain before we make any decisions in relation to selling or buying.
