When Matt is taking customers down to Cartagena to do a UK to Spanish driving licence exchange, he usually meets people at his office in Quesada at 10am - so it may be worth going to the office and seeing whether you can catch him around 09.55am?

His wife, who runs the insurance business and used to share the Quesada office with him, has recently opened another office, so when Matt's out, there's no-one in the Quesada office. I know he was trying to recruit an assistant, but it doesn't sound like he's managed that yet.

We have found the best time to go to Matt’s office is between 2-4pm as he is usually back by then. Craig, his assistant, will probably be in the office as well.

In fairness, I have found Matt to be very helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile(s). The nature of what he does means that he is out of the office a lot of the time, which granted, is not much use if there is no-one there to answer the phones.

This is the email address that I have used (and Matt has replied from);

Best to go to a professional who does not make mistakes! As we found out to our cost! We love to recommend people but not in this case! Go to a solicitor the cost will be more but less in the long run!. Just our unfortunate experience of this company.
