Graham Stovold, I wasn't going to answer your senseless post but I feel I have to.
The ONLY information YOU get about Labour controlled councils is what THE MEDIA put out, and my guess is you are a reader of the gutter press. I would suggest you actually go to a public meeting of either of these councils and LISTEN instead of trotting out rightwing propoganda that is being fed to you.

Why doesn’t someone ask Boris Johnson what happened to the 350 million quid a week that was going towards saving the NHS that was splashed across the Brexit bus? He couldn’t possibly have been fibbing could he?

The NHS budget in 2016 was £124.7 billion pounds. In 2020, when UK finally left the EU, it was £137 billion. This year it will be £158.2 billion. That's an increase of 644 million per week over 2016 levels and 407 million per week over 2020 levels.
Now, about that 350 million a week or are you unable to grasp big figures? Oh, and and extra 2 billion a year topped up the budget in 2020/2021 and 2022 due to the pandemic.
And taking IMF forecasts as the way to go? They've never been right yet especially when their head was a convicted criminal who suffered for her misdeeds by being......erm......made head of the European Central Bank.
It it's all Brexit, how come Spain food inflation is now 15.8%? Or Hungary 50%? Or 21% in that powerhouse Germany? Must all be affected by Brexit.
Give it to the end of the quarter when the IMF "adjusts" its forecast. After all, financial forecasters only exist to give astrologers a good name.
(and, yes, I think it was a mistake that UK left the EU and still do. But many problems are international and not all attributed to Brexit. Maybe one day the fixation will die down).
UK will not rejoin the EU, at least not in any of our lifetimes. No UK government will give up the pound, ever. It would be political suicide but is now a precondition of joining. I can think of at least 3 countries that would veto it and it would only take one. No UK government will risk the accusation of "so you didn't like the answer so you'll keep asking" like they did in Ireland. Not in our lifetime, anyway.

Well said.
I think its ironic that Glassfull has constantly knocked brexit and the Tories, but if I'm correct still made the decision to leave Spain and return to the UK.
Its also an interesting that apparently 1000's of brits who moved to Spain are now also returning to the UK.
Maybe the UK isn't as bad as its being made out to be?

Why did the English and Welsh voters fall for the Brexit lies (which seemed very obvious). Whilst, the Scots and the Irish never?
Is it due to the fact that the Daily Mail , Express and Telegraph don't peddle their propaganda successfully there?

What proportion of Brits returning hold Spanish residency rights?
Or have they been caught out by the new requirements to remain?

Spoken like a true blue. Rubbish of course because I do not believe anyone could do a worse job then the current lot.
To many crooked millionaires only interested in looking after themselves, not interested in what is good for the country.
Labour will have problems for sure , mainly because the country is in such a bad way. The massive problems cannot be put right overnight .

The Unions have a 'levelling' agenda which will incur tremendous inflation pressures.
Such pressures also within EU. So we inevitably will be within an ongoing cost inflation spiral for the foreseeable future.
Fuel prices will continue to be high - even though there will be windfall taxes for the energy/fuel suppliers.
Result will be that those reliant on pensions and savings will bear the cost.
