I suppose it depends on your outlook,
You may have a boss (a leader) who looks after his workers, pays them fairly, has empathy with crises, gives them good working conditions and holidays..
Or you may have a boss who pays people basic minimum wage, deducts sick days, provides appalling working conditions and sacks people at the drop of a hat ..
You must decide which leader is great and which is not..
If you can tell the difference vote at the election for the leader who is best in your opinion because a leader DOES matter..

You don`t need to be an expert on politics to know that if Labour had a different leader they would fair better at the polls.
I don`t think that they are going to win but they could have ended up with more seats in Parliament.

Perhaps if everyone voted, we’d see a more representative Parliament.
In my opinion, apathy tends to favour the Tories. I also think, that’s the reason Johnson seemed to be attacking Parliament in the last session, to disengage the voting public so they don’t exercise their franchise.

I didn't day the leader is not relevant, just that sometimes you need to look beyond who you like and look at what they stand for.

Here’s a conundrum and perhaps anyone thinking of voting Conservative might change their point of view.
The Tories road into town in 2010 on the back a alleged excessive borrowing by Labour, the National debt was £13,562.6 billion. Their solution was Austerity. They cut funding to the Police, to the Military, to the NHS, Schools, Councils in fact anywhere they could to save money. Oh yes, they also cut taxes but where as the other cuts affected everyone equal, tax reduction favoured the wealthy.
So, after nine years of belt tightening, putting off granny’s knee operation, giving up all hope of seeing a Policeman, social services cut etc. etc. where are we now? We must be rolling in it, the National debt must be eroded to almost nothing.
The debt in 2019 is only £1,821.3 billion. Hold up? It’s grown! So where is all that money? Money saved through squeezing the average UK Citizen.
Remember tax cuts? Well they had to be funded somehow and the somehow was Austerity. The Tories have well and truly hookwinked The UK public. Get the Tories out ‘Let’s get this done”

Derek, what a big nose you’ve got.
All the better to smell you with.
And Derek, what big eyes you’ve got.
All the better to see you with.
And Derek, what big ears you’ve got.
That’s the result of abuse by my mate Gary.

All these comments are in reality a waste of time. The fact is that in this election the Tories are the only party that can win with a majority. Failing that we again gave a hung parliament and will never get anything done.
It doesn't matter who you like or support thats a fact which all the polls and experts agree on.
If you vote anything but conservative you either want a hung parliament with more arguing and no decision making which is making the uk a laughing stock or you just don't understand what your voting for and that your vote is wasted and causing more damage.
The fact remains, like it or not, the conservatives will win this election
