This was taken from a FB posting:
For anyone wanting to vote in the GE but are worried about not getting your postal papers here or back to the UK in time then organise a proxy vote, if you don't have anyone to do it for you or don't trust anyone to vote your preference then contact the constituency office of your preferred candidate, they will help you, they want your vote so will help you to organise a proxy

Happy in the sun.

It is difficult choosing someone to vote for.
As a lifelong Tory I can not now vote for the Tory party led by Johnson...(I´d rather die in a ditch.. )
I could not vote for the Labour party led by Corbyn . I might do if there was a different leader.. but at the mo, no
I now need a centrist party. I am sure there are many more like me looking for a home for their vote without wasting it..
HELP!!

Mondo I feel like you so in order not to waste my vote, I given it to a proxy. The first time ever in my life I have done this, never thought I would live to see the day!!

i can not understand why a expat wants to vote in their former country, they left for a better life, those that remained in the UK have a vested interest they live there, concentrate on improving your new community in the sun and leave blighty to its own destiny...

I will always be British.
I have family in the UK, the UK pay my pension, the UK pay my health care..
I have a vested interest in the UK..
I will vote, but not sure who for yet...

Totally agree mondo, although because I left the UK over 15 years ago I don't get a vote, so don't need to decide where to put my vote.

Like Mondo there is absolutely no way I would ever vote for Bozo Johnson and his rabble. They’re nothing but the Brexit party dressed up to try and look moderate . Corbyn is still living in some failed 1970’s fantasy, which would damage the UK economy as much as Brexit would.
If I vote it will have to be LibDem, although Swinson doesn’t impress me as PM material.

it is easy to register to vote, so please don´t waste it. If you don´t vote you give Boris Johnson a gift.. do you really want to give Bozo a present?
