Ooh, I got all excited then, but I think it's a challenge about Article 50 and the notice process and as to whether it is parliament or the prime minister who pulls the trigger, as opposed to the referendum result. Still it rumbles on and here we are with yet another Brexit campaigner abandoning the public that they so blatantly lied to. How they can call this referendum democratic and the will of the people is beyond me. In the meantime, we are all paying the price, as predicted!

yup so far cost me €15,000 and counting....thin end of the wedge. Business a little quieter than usual. Already been told by suppliers to expect price increases (much dollar dealing), which we will not be able to pass onto customers as no doubt they'll be feeling the pinch too.

As if business isn't hard enough without this monumental change. Eu red tape? What red tape. I've had a number of businesses within the EU since I was 19. Found the ability to ship anything across borders (and staff), without question or paperwork simple. Those giving opinions i'm not sure work in the real world.

How people ever thought that the moment we left the EU, we'd get the same (or better) trade agreements and ability to do as we please with the borders - really??

I Live and work in the real world Paul, and using common sense, do not expect the positive benefits to be felt for some time, and that it is normal for people to magnify the negatives, far sooner than the positives, as you have done.
So take a deep breath, and be patient, and start being positive. The decision has been made, it will not be revoked, no matter how much posturing is carried out be people who felt the decision not to their preference. "It is not best out of three". Being negative is not going to help anyone, and will keep fuelling the the doom and gloom, which creates more stress unnecessarily.

liz and Gordon, what do you perceive will be the positive benefits? Personally I am feeling negative things already with the pound down to 1.17.

Things happen in life that we all have to deal with, so lets all try to be positive and respond in the best way we can to what lies ahead.

The real world ? Sterling sliding down the plug hole, both major political parties in disarray, country going to the dogs and those lying, slimy, barstewards who orchestrated our downfall exiting stage left. With the chancer Farage continuing to misrepresent the UK as an MEP with the second lowest attendance and voting record picking up his £100,000 in €s what a hypocrite.
Yep quite a lot to be positive about - an immediate 15% reduction in pensions this month for a start. Maybe Jolodoyle and Liz & Gordon could give us a couple of pointers to being positive in this real world of theirs. Taking a deep breath is not quite doing it for me, neither will keeping my fingers crossed. Give me strength.
