Home for Jasper?

Home for Jasper?

Postby mondo » Mon Dec 01, 2014 6:23 pm

A very good friend of mine is leaving for far and distant lands.... sadly he cannot take his cat, Jasper, with him.,..

As my friends says..

"Jasper is male 3 years old. He walked into my villa 12 months ago and never left. He is de-sexed, very affectionate and friendly, spends most mornings out and about and sleeps all afternoon. He is in excellent condition and never been ill"

As my friend has been very active in the Quesada and Rojales area in helping many people in many ways I am trying to help him by finding a home for Jasper...

He is currently living in Quesada... any offers or suggestions would be very welcome..

Hi Sorry to hear this but whenever we had a new cat we always kept them inside with a litter tray for at least two weeks or so. That way they get used to their home, the smells and the surroundings. Sorry if you already were doing this as I know they can be pretty desperate to get outside! - I know this advice is of no help to you now but hopefully when you get him back you could try this if you weren't already.

Hope you find him soon - He may have gone back to his own area, possibly his old house, if it isn't too far. You could try looking around there in the garden and possibly asking people.

I will put his photo on our Quesada Facebook page but if you let me know where his area was and is now (not the address of course but the rough area!), it will be helpful.

Thank you

Hi Jan, I wrote this on behalf of my friend Bert. Yes he has had many cats and was keeping him but unfortunately he got out. His old house is in Quesada somewhere between JC's and the this side of the water park. His new home is in a road adjacent to the bottom of the Airport Road.

Is there an urgent page we can show this on for everyone to view?

Thank you for your help. X

Yes I will put it on the TalkQuesada Facebook page and a separate 'Lost' topic on here straight away.

I know cats' are not easy to keep inside, as they are so fast when they are desperate to 'escape'!

I hope he is spotted soon and gets back to his new home.

Good Luck,

Jan

Cat's can be contrary creatures. It's probably too far for him to find his original owner (although he just might)..

I am sure his new home was good for him but if he wants to go... he will. I do hope he can be found, but he has been on his own before so he should be okay... he'll just find someone else to tag on to I expect.

I am sure Spikey is trying his best to find him but at least everyone can know they did their best to give Jasper a good chance of a home... we coulnd do no more...

Fingers crossed...X
