Looking for a new home

Hello, my name is Jacob and I’m a well behaved bichon fries.
Unfortunately my hooman is poorly and can no longer take me for lovely walks. He is absolutely devastated that I have to look for a new home. He loves me so much he is prepared to let me find a quiet new home.
I am scared of loud noises so it would be awesome if you live in the country or an urbanisation away from horrible loud fireworks!
I love company , please don’t leave me alone for a long time. I need to go to the groomers for haircuts and I’m a hypoallergenic doggy so you wouldn’t be allergic to me.

Is he ok with other dogs we have an 11year old Bishon/ Moltees cross who is blind and an old cat.Jackie

99% of other dogs yes and was raised with cats

Does he have any medical issues and has he been castrated

He itches sometimes in the summer months
