New forum section - All restaurants/cafes/bars in Quesada:

After some suggestions we have created a new forum section, to list as many restaurants, bars and cafes in Ciudad Quesada as we can - It' s called "Restaurants, cafes and bars in Quesada: maps, menus, photos, addresses and contact details"

We have included as much information as possible such as,a description, location maps, addresses, contact details, menu's, photos and more. You can use your mouse to click and navigate around the maps and the Streetview - your very own virtual tour!

We will be adding more Restaurants, cafes and bars to the new section very soon - It's an ongoing 'work in progress'.

We now have 40 restaurants/cafes & bars in our new section for Quesada. We will be adding more but would like some help please. Could you let us know any that we have missed and we will put them on here?
We would eventually like to have every restaurant/cafe & bar in Quesada listed on here, with all their details, before we go on to the surrounding areas. Just reply to this announcement if you would like to suggest any others in Quesada.

Very good list Jan, it is amazing how many places there are to eat and drink here!

There are still a few to be added, don't think I saw them on the list, apologies if I am duplicating.

La Vida Sunset Bar (next to Pepas and Coopers)
Asia Chinese (round corner from Gama)

At Claptons area there is also
Nan Kin Chinese
La Taverna

And a soon to be opened Indian Restaurant where JD's/Lords Tavern was called Shimla Pink operated by the owners or Mr Singhs. It opens 1st January.

Also, there is a pub round the back of this strip where the car park is but I don't know the name of it.

And an Italian restaurant next to Claptons.

Next to Goyos is a reataurant called Auguste, I had thought this was Greek but the menu the other night seemed more European/British

Next to Auguste is a new American restaurant called Uncle Sams which is mostly burgers.

One last one... We got a leaflet at home for Estella Sorrento which is at the roundabout as you come into Quesada which serves tapas.

Thank you so much Laura. That's a great help. I keep going around the area, in my mind, but it's not easy to remember what"s there and the streetviews are not always up to date when places come and go.

Some more good suggestions, thank you Noel! I don't know the Marquessa golf course area very well, so these are a great help. I will have to get busy adding all these new places.

No, wish I could but I am in the UK now for a few months. I will be adding them with as much information I can find on-line, which isn't always easy as it often means lots of research. I'm always surprised that many of these places do not have a web-site or at least a Facebook page with some info. on. The advantage to having them all in one place is for everyone to be able to easily and quickly access where they are, what they do and their contact details etc.

It's pretty easy to find a little bit about most places on-line but often there will be no phone number and/or no actual address - Even trip Advisor is a bit hit and miss at times - They only have some restaurants and of these I've found wrong addresses and other incorrect information at times. I am hoping to keep our list as up to date as possible with the help of all our members.

I will be resuming my dining duties when next in Spain - It's hard but someone has to do it!
