Hi we were having trouble signing in with old method eg your NIE number minus letters then password, went to bank she downloaded the app I chose a simple password sorted also everything in English so no need to use translate no problem since then

Unfortunately I can't get over at the moment which is why I was hoping the app would be easy to access. I think I may need to ring.

Just tried the new Caixa Bank app this evening, used my passport number and hey presto... It worked. Hope that helps others. Fingers crossed it stays as easy.

No problems logging in to Caixa Bank. They emailed me a while ago and told me the official change over date and that all details would remain the same. They have been excellent up to now.

No problems logging in just use my bankia details. The problem is that they have lost my NOember pension and I am haing difficultly in getting it sorted out despite visiting the bank in person and speaking to the manager. can can antyone suggest any thing

I´m getting nowhere fast with this logging in.

I also am struggling to find a way to email the branch for an appointment. Does anyone have an email address or link to a contact form for the Quesada branch?
