Caixa Bank

Thank you all for the comments on my recent email re. la Caxia banking and the recommendation of a good lawyer I will be contacting her when I return to Spain in April . The trouble with selling the house is not being able to get all the documents required by the estate agent because I only have Bank copies which I have printed out .These I have been told by the estate agent need to be the original receipts. Do I need to contact the supplier for the details .And how do I contact SUMA. The bank pays them direct I would appreciate your comments on this problem

If you appoint a solicitor to manage your sale they should help you get all the documentation..It might be hard to do it yourself especially from a distance. Again I'd recommend SGM abogados.
