Absolutely but you must do it correctly or you could get stung take the correct advice from a professional.

Good friendly advice above - and a reminder to all new members that our forum topics and posts are public and worldwide (just imagine how many people can get hold of phone numbers / email addresses this way if you post them!).

As it says on the link given above " All private contact details posted on any public domain are there for anyone to use in any way they wish (some unscrupulously!), including spam emails & time wasting sales phone calls - Most of us get too many of those already and there really is no need to add to them."

not a problem ...i used a uk bank draft, the notary requires to have an original document to complete the sale and so does the hacienda ( tax office ) agree an exchange rate with the vendor then have the draft issued for that amount..sterling equivalent of euros,
