Most recently I have been using Xendpay.
Best rates with lowest costs.
Same day transfer and recently I've had money in both accounts for a few days as they've credited my Spanish account and it's taken a few days for them to debit my English account!!
Additionally you get to choose how much you think the transfer fee should be and adjust it if you wish.

If they make no charges, how do they stay in business? Or do you mean the charges are hidden and you don't see them.

Transferwise every time, excellent rates and same day transfer, normally within an hour or so.
