You need to change country on your phone to ‘buy’ the app.
Settings: Tap on your name at top
Tap Media / purchases then view account
Tap country / region - change country
Select UK - you will need to register a UK payment card

This should allow you to ‘buy’ UK based apps

I down loaded the app in the App Store on my phone. I am in the Uk at the moment. It’s an apple phone. But app works fine in Spain when I’m there.

Once the app is on your phone you can use it anywhere but you can only ‘buy’ the app in UK. So if in Spain, you need to change country in settings as above.
