Hoping that one of the knowledgeable forum sages will be able to cast a light on the above organisation. I received a sizeable cheque from them and suspect it is from the Notaire in respect of overpaid tax on house purchase but its a strange name.
I have emailed my solicitor and Bank but am getting fed up waiting for a response.

I presume you have looked them up on line. Appears to be a Bone Fide Company dealing with money matters. Several Branches in Spain. Perhaps you could go along that route if you don't get answers from your Bank or Solicitor.

Thanks Janjan I did google it and could not make sense of it and the company name did nothing to help. The bank just got back to me and as I suspected its the return of overpaid house purchase tax.
