Electricity provider charging reasonable costs

Hello everyone. Does anyone know of an electricity provider that operates across Spain (particularly across Cadiz province Andalucia) that is consistent and only applying charges for electricity used? I seem to remember a provider (was it called Green energy...? Or something like that that appeared about two years ago--? ... and they were staffed with British technicians and English speakers too. Thank you in advance for any advice offered. C

Try Octopus Energy. Switched to them in May. They also fitted our solar panels. All people I spoke to for switch and installation had very good English. Would recommend them. We also use them in the uk have done now for the past few years. Thumbs up ... smiley face.
