How to calculate government pension pots?

Many of us here on Quesada are retired servicemen, policemen firemen etc.
With the changes due next april, how do we calculate our pension pots, or is it necessary to do so?

Or do ex government workers even have a pension pot?

No chance we are not included. Mike

crown pensions do not not have a personal @ pot @....police ..military and fire service are regulated by age and length of service, the only exception is ill health, incapacitation or death...
i am trying to avoid the latter
