LA CAIXA BANK

Hi, I have just logged into my on-line La Caixa Bank account - no problem, got in first time.

Happened to me this week, I phoned them up and they sorted it straightway,

Ditto, nothing changed for me, was in yesterday both by PC and phone.

Could it perhaps be something to do with accessing from abroad?

Thinking about it usually when having to renter ID they ask for NIF OTHER PASSPORT that sort of thing I’m sure now instead of NIF it asked for TI.(E)? So maybe getting ready for the new changeover card

Just a heads up after my post yesterday today 5 minutes ago i logged into my account no problem so dont know what that was about yesterday thanks to all for your input.

Had the same problem, now I am locked out, I have to go to branch, not over for a few weeks yet.

Emailed this morning they said card unblocked now
Sent me a one off pin but still cannot get in
Keep requesting a Tin (what is that )
Put in NIE number still no good
No joy this end
Not going over for a while

A TIN is a Spanish tax ID which you'll only have when you've done a tax return.

My husband had the same problem. They send a number to his phone. He had to enter the nie.number, then his pass number then underneath was another box where you type the pass number sent to his phone. This was a one off.
