LA CAIXA BANK

Hi all, Today i tried to log in to my online banking at La Caxia my nie number and password were there as normal but when i tries to click get in which always works i now get a screen asking for further identifacation any ideas anyone how to access it.

I logged on mine today and then I had to enter a code they sent to my mobile. I'm in the UK by the way

I have just tried to log in to my account
They then sent me a total of 4 codes none of which let me log on
I am in the UK now
What is the best course of action to take

I had the same problem. Made an appointment and saw a lady at the bank. She gave me a card with numbers on and after a lot of faffing about I managed to log in.

Unfortunately I am unable to do that as in UK

The same happened to me with Sabadell bank about a month ago, which left my account blocked. They gave me a phone number to get it unblocked but when I phoned up, they refused to unblock it as said they had no staff that understood English. I had to wait until I came over to Spain in the New Year and visit the branch where I opened my account to get the account unblocked.

How about ringing the branch? Or sending the bank an email

Never knew about this additional security

Just logged in as usual, no problem. Used my touch I. D. On phone.
