Can anyone please tell me which bank in Spain is offering the best mortgages at the moment. Also what is the highest amount we can borrow on a spainish mortgage when buying a house from an estate agents.

If you are in Spain at the moment I would visit Estate Agents and ask any questions you want answered.
When you decide on a Property they will do everything for you if you want them to. Take your time.
