noa at caixa bank

I need to speak to Noa at Caixa Bank.No answer to phone,card with her e.mail on is undeliverable. Has anyone any idea how to make a appointment with her.Normally use online banking but not allowed at the moment.

I bank with Caixa and usefully use the app from home in the UK. I've just been prompted to update the app as it was taking ages to load. You may need to do the same. I didn't notice Noa but the option to make an appt with my advisor was still available.

Noa is a chatbot and although I've never used it my expectations of achieving anything worthwhile with it would be extremely low.

If I want to communicate with Caxia I hit 'Help' in the app then at the top of the page I can directly contact my advisor who normally replies quite promptly. The quality of the reply may be something else though!

I HAVE THE CAIXA BANK SIGN AND CAIXA BANK NOW ON MY PHONE BUT CAN NOT SEE ANY HELP BUTTON.

On my screen, which is in English, there are 4 icons across the bottom.

Maybe i will try that one. After last resort sent message to her private number i did get a reply after a while but no appointment as yet.Thank you. ps went in person today but like a cattle market people walking and sitting all over, Im not sure if they now accept that the pandemic is all but gone but the glass door is no longer locked hence the hectic scenario.

As Darro said earlier, Noa is a chatbot (a virtual assistant), NOT a person.

Is it a person you are trying to contact? Maybe Noelia?
