online banking

Hullo, Im with La Caixa Bank near the arches i have never needed to use the online banking system until now.With the bank been shut can anyone point me how to create a account please.

I think you will need your access username and password and possibly the little card with all the numbers on, you'll have been given these when you opened your account etc so hopefully you have these tucked away somewhere...

There is also an Android app but not sure if you can sign up for online banking through it or if the account needs to be created first.
