Yes, I have one, in fact it migrated into an account called the zero account, apparently named to emphasise that it has zero fees for most areas of banking with that account.

Another note though, I don’t know if it is the same for other banks, choose your Santander branch that suits you for access, because unlike U.K. banks and its branches, that is the only branch that sort can out queries for you.

Just had an email to say the charges on the Santander Zero account are rising if you don't fulfil the requirements to keep the account free (€600 per month minimum deposit etc). Maintenance fee would be €12 PCM in place of €8. As I say, fulfil the requirements and it remains free banking. Can't remember the exact specifics but think its €600 min paid in, at least 2 direct debits to the account and you must invest min of €100 within the account in Santander shares.

Thanks PGA. Shortly after Sabadell introduced their new charges, I read an article saying that the other banks were likely to follow suit, so I'm not surprised to see your post. Many thanks for the update.
