I am non res and also a Wise account holder, I can confirm that you can pay a direct debit to Suma from your Wise account.
I visited the Suma office in Playa Flamenca to set this up but if you are currently in the UK try this, it has a chat facility.

You can pay suma by d/debit for council tax, bins etc. But I don’t think you can pay non res.tax by d/d. As far as I can see it has to be paid through a bank.If that’s wrong someone will let us know.

No Suzi you can't, I have used the same person to do this for me for almost 20 years, she charges me €35 and pays it for me through her own bank.

Taxes to the Govt (income, capital gains etc) have to be paid through a Spanish bank whether you are resident or non-resident as far as I know. I thought the OP was asking about payments to Suma as a non-resident.

thank you.suzi wong wrote:MargaretNKen wrote:this is something I am interested in, where do you get the forms from and are they in English. Pleasegales wrote:Thank you all for your responses. I am interested in the spanish taxes online option as this looks like it might suit me instead of going through my solicitor. So I am going to look into this further.
Just type Spanish tax forms into a web browser & all the info. comes up & yes in English.

Interesting. We've been told our resident tax has to be paid from a Spanish account, but I don't see why it should be different for non-residents. If they can accept non-Spanish euro accounts for one presumably they could accept it for both. I will make further enquiries.

Just a word to the wise here
I filled in my own form last year and took it to the bank to pay but the lady refused because my form didnt have the small "F" in the top right hand corner (I think Bee explained this once). I got the "Spanish shrug" so I went home and set up a payment to the Tax Office (not SUMA) with all the references in.
Then in January I got a notification for form lodged but no payment made along with a fine.
I took this into the bank and they paid it on the spot.
I ended up paying payment + payment + fine which was more than if I had employed someone to do it for me.
