TIE - Bank Certificate

I found Sabadell phone help useless re making arrangements for stamped TIE info. I was told to go to Branch.

You have go to the branch. Been there, gave stamped statements, no problem and quite helpful. Had to go back need statements and certificate. Again fairly easy but there is a charge of 12 €. Ahh.. well, suppose nothing is straightforward and free.

So did you have to specifically ask for certificate AND stamped statements?

Yes, otherwise they will just you statements. I am advised that you need both so had to go back just to be safe.

My accountant asked me to ask for "certificate of average balance". Do you know if that is the full name?

We just asked for a bank certificate which states who the account holders are and when the account was opened. They type these details on their headed paper stating it is cerificado.
