Which bank to choose and can we open account from UK?

I have been looking at this n26 online bank
I changed the country from UK to Spain
But it only shows the Spanish prefix +34
Would it accept a UK prefix +44 instead
We are Caixa based bank which we want to change

You are obviously going to be in Spain at some point, just nip in to any bank with your passport and / or NIE number, they will open the account there and then. Many offer fee free for minimum 600 eu a month for approx just £2.25, via Transferwise. Don’t just draw U.K. money from a Spanish bank, It always cost you more no matter how much they flower it over, and advertise otherwise. No need to pay more than you have to.

Try changing it, it accepted ours. Having said that I applied before they pulled out of the UK. Please let us know if you're unable to change the code prefix to +44, I'm sure others would be interested.

....Also, do you have a Spanish address that you can use? You'll need this to receive the debit card, they won't send this to a UK address.

edit...... I've just checked and you can change the prefix from +34 to +44 . (I've not gone any further with the application for obvious reasons)
